توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل سوا الدولية للخدمات اللوجستية ذ.م.م، ومقرها دولة الكويت، مع البيانات الشخصية التي تقدمها عند طلب عرض سعر أو الاستفسار عن خدماتنا عبر نماذج Facebook وInstagram أو موقعنا أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف أو WhatsApp. وتشمل الخدمات اللوجستية، وخدمات المطارات والموانئ، والخدمات الجمركية، ومناولة البضائع، والتخزين، وتأجير المعدات والآليات الثقيلة، واستفسارات التمويل اللوجستي.

البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع البيانات التي تقدمها لنا، ومنها الاسم، واسم الشركة، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني إذا قدمته، والخدمة المطلوبة وتفاصيل الطلب أو الشحنة، مثل نوع البضاعة وبلد المنشأ والوجهة والوزن والحجم وموعد الخدمة. وقد نحتفظ بالمراسلات والسجلات اللازمة لمتابعة طلبك. نطلب في نموذج الاستفسار الأولي المعلومات اللازمة فقط، ولا نطلب كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات بطاقات الدفع أو المستندات المالية الحساسة.

لماذا نستخدم بياناتك

نستخدم بياناتك لفهم احتياجك، وإعداد عروض الأسعار، والرد على استفساراتك والتواصل بشأنها، وترتيب الخدمات التي تطلبها، ومتابعة التنفيذ والفوترة عند التعاقد، والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية الواجبة. يكون التواصل بحسب وسيلة الاتصال التي تقدمها، مثل الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو WhatsApp. يتيح تقديم الطلب لنا التواصل معك بشأنه؛ ولا يُعد موافقة تلقائية على رسائل تسويقية غير مرتبطة به. وعند طلب موافقة تسويقية، تكون منفصلة واختيارية ويمكنك سحبها.

طلبات التمويل اللوجستي

نستخدم بيانات استفسار التمويل اللوجستي لفهم الطلب والتواصل معك بشأنه. إرسال النموذج لا يمثل طلب ائتمان مكتملًا أو موافقة تمويل أو ضمانًا بالحصول عليه. قبل مشاركة بياناتك مع جهة تمويل خارجية، نوضح لك الجهة والغرض والبيانات المطلوب مشاركتها ونطلب موافقتك المنفصلة، ما لم يكن الإفصاح مطلوبًا بموجب القانون. وإذا لزم تقديم مستندات مالية أو تعريفية إضافية، نوضح الحاجة إليها وآلية إرسالها عبر قناة مناسبة، ولا تُطلب عبر نموذج الإعلان الأولي.

مشاركة البيانات

نقصر الوصول إلى البيانات على الموظفين والأشخاص المخولين ممن يحتاجون إليها لمعالجة طلبك. وقد نشارك الحد اللازم مع مزودي خدمات الاتصالات والبريد والاستضافة وإدارة الطلبات، ومع الناقلين ووكلاء الشحن والمخلصين والمستودعات ومزودي الخدمات التشغيلية عند الحاجة لتنفيذ خدمة تطلبها، أو مع الجهات المختصة إذا تطلب القانون ذلك. نطلب من مزودي الخدمة التعامل مع البيانات بسرية وفي حدود الغرض المصرح به. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها لتسويق جهات أخرى دون موافقة منفصلة.

نماذج Meta والمنصات الخارجية

عند استخدام نموذج على Facebook أو Instagram، تعالج Meta البيانات ضمن منصتها وفقًا لسياساتها. وقد تظهر بيانات اتصال مُعبأة مسبقًا يمكنك مراجعتها وتعديلها قبل الإرسال. تنطبق هذه السياسة على تعامل سوا مع البيانات التي نتلقاها؛ وتخضع معالجة Meta والمنصات الخارجية لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. يمكنك الاطلاع على سياسة خصوصية Meta.

التخزين والحماية والاحتفاظ

نتخذ تدابير تنظيمية وتقنية مناسبة لحماية البيانات وتقييد الوصول غير المصرح به، دون ضمان أمان مطلق لأي وسيلة إلكترونية. وقد تُعالج بعض البيانات خارج الكويت عند استخدام منصات اتصال أو خدمات سحابية دولية، مع مراعاة المتطلبات النظامية المنطبقة واتخاذ الضمانات المناسبة. نحتفظ ببيانات الطلب طوال المدة اللازمة للرد والمتابعة وتنفيذ الخدمة، ثم نحذفها أو نخفي هويتها عندما تنتفي الحاجة إليها، ما لم تستلزم الالتزامات النظامية أو المحاسبية أو تسوية المطالبات الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول.

طلباتك المتعلقة بالخصوصية

يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقة سبق أن منحتها، أو إيقاف الرسائل التسويقية. نتعامل مع الطلبات وفقًا للمتطلبات النظامية المنطبقة، وقد نطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من هويتك. وقد نحتاج إلى الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات لتنفيذ التزام نظامي أو تعاقدي أو لحماية حق قانوني، وسنوضح لك أي قيد ذي صلة. سحب الموافقة لا يؤثر على المعالجة التي تمت قبل سحبها، وقد يمنعنا حذف المعلومات الضرورية من استكمال الخدمة المطلوبة.

Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy explains how Sawa International Logistics Services Co. W.L.L., based in Kuwait, handles personal data you provide when requesting a quotation or enquiring about our services through Facebook or Instagram forms, our website, email, telephone or WhatsApp. It covers logistics services, airport and port services, customs services, cargo handling, warehousing, heavy equipment and machinery rental, and logistics financing enquiries.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, company name, telephone number, email address if supplied, requested service and enquiry or shipment details, such as goods description, origin, destination, weight, volume and service date. We may retain correspondence and records needed to follow up on your request. We request only the information needed at the initial enquiry stage. We do not request passwords, verification codes, payment card details or sensitive financial documents through the initial lead form.

How we use your information

We use your information to understand your requirements, prepare quotations, respond to and follow up on enquiries, arrange requested services, manage performance and invoicing if you contract with us, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may contact you using the details you provide, including telephone, email or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond about that enquiry; it does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Where marketing consent is requested, it is separate, optional and can be withdrawn.

Logistics financing enquiries

We use information submitted for a logistics financing enquiry to understand the request and discuss it with you. Submitting a form is not a complete credit application, a financing approval or a guarantee of financing. Before sharing your data with an external financing provider, we identify the recipient, purpose and information to be shared and request your separate consent, unless disclosure is required by law. If additional financial or identification documents are needed, we explain why and how to submit them through an appropriate channel; they are not requested through the initial advertising form.

Sharing your information

We limit access to authorised personnel who need the information to handle your request. We may share the minimum necessary information with communication, email, hosting and enquiry-management providers; with carriers, freight agents, customs brokers, warehouses and operational service providers when needed to deliver a service you request; or with competent authorities when legally required. We require service providers to handle data confidentially and within the authorised purpose. We do not sell your personal data or share it for another organisation's marketing without separate consent.

Meta forms and external platforms

When you use a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes information within its platform under its own policies. Contact details may be prefilled; you can review and change them before submission. This policy covers SAWA's handling of the information we receive. Storage security and retention

We take appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data and restrict unauthorised access, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Some information may be processed outside Kuwait through international communication platforms or cloud services, subject to applicable requirements and appropriate safeguards. We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, follow up and deliver the requested service. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless legal or accounting obligations or the resolution of claims require longer retention.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent previously given, or stop marketing communications. We handle requests under applicable requirements and may request limited information to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to meet a legal or contractual obligation or protect a legal right; we will explain relevant restrictions. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing. Deleting information needed for a service may prevent us from completing that service.
